Changed your mind? Windows purchases include a 14-day refund window β no questions asked.
Every installation starts with a 30-day free trial of Flowara Pro. No card required to begin.
Mac purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Merchants of Record
Flowara is available on two platforms, each with a different purchase and refund process:
Purchased through the Mac App Store. Apple is the Merchant of Record and is responsible for billing, receipts, and refunds. BeTheBiz sΓ rl is not involved in the payment transaction.
Purchased through our website. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record and handles payments, VAT, and currency conversion on our behalf. You will receive receipts from Paddle, not BeTheBiz sΓ rl.
Free Trial
All new Flowara installations include a 30-day free trial of Flowara Pro β on both Mac and Windows. No payment information is required to start the trial.
At the end of the trial, the app automatically moves to the Lite (free) tier unless you choose to subscribe. Your data is never deleted β you simply lose access to Pro-only features until you subscribe.
Refund Windows
Refund eligibility and terms are set entirely by Apple. Apple typically offers refunds for recent purchases that meet certain criteria.
To request a refund for a Mac App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. BeTheBiz sΓ rl cannot process Mac App Store refunds on your behalf.
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. If you subscribed and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days β no questions asked.
Refunds for renewal charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not issued after the trial period has already been used.
How to Request a Refund
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase Flowara, select the purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple handles the process directly.
Send an email to info@bethebiz.eu with the subject line “Refund Request”, including your Paddle order number (found in your purchase confirmation email). We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
Flowara Pro is sold as a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made.
Cancel through your Apple ID settings (macOS: App Store β Account β Subscriptions, or iOS: Settings β Apple ID β Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact us at info@bethebiz.eu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Limitations
The following purchases are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Subscriptions where the 30-day free trial has already been used and the 14-day refund window has passed (Windows)
- Annual subscriptions after more than 14 days of use (Windows)
- Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date (Windows)
For Mac purchases, Apple’s standard refund eligibility criteria apply, which may differ from the above. We cannot override Apple’s refund decisions.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us β we review all requests and aim to be fair to our users.
